105 N Main St

This historic building on Main Street suffered years of neglect and was reduced to a shell with dirt floor and incomplete roof. The load-bearing brick walls were repaired and reinforced after years of water damage, a new roof was installed, and a new interior build-out was provided, literally from the ground up. A central atrium now provides access to five separate tenant spaces and is brought to life by a twenty-foot skylight that highlights the original exposed brick and long-leaf pine.
