Mad Taco

Mad Taco, a local food favorite, opened its newest location at Caprock Crossing in South College Station. The project consists of the site development and construction of the 6,000 square foot commercial shell building as well as the full interior construction of the restaurant. The exterior is a contemporary mix of stone and steel. A fluid design connects the indoor and outdoor dining spaces. Taking inspiration from Mad Taco’s branding package, unique elements such as the signature Sugar Skull and bold colors create a space that is “more than an ordinary taco stand.” True to the company’s commitment to protecting the environment, sustainable materials and energy-efficient lighting are also incorporated. In addition to full architectural services, the project also included interior finish selection, furniture specification, and artwork coordination.
