Looking to expand a growing catering business, the client came to PACT to develop their vision for a new restaurant with seating for 150 guests. In addition to indoor dining, Mopsie’s incorporates a bar with a covered patio and outdoor music venue for crowds of up to 3,000. Catering is still central, and the project includes a large commercial kitchen, storage warehouse, and loading area for catering services.
