TexAgs Headquarters and Production Studio. The interior of the old Lupot's Bookstore was gutted, and the central atrium was sliced down the middle by a new grand wall to divide the building into two halves: public and private. The grand wall was rotated 12-degrees to allow efficient use of space on each side - and also as a reference to the Aggie 12th Man.
