Housing a popular burger joint as well as a Subway restaurant, this project was designed with careful attention to providing efficient circulation through the building. The more public dining spaces are separated from the more private kitchen area by an undulating wood wall clad in steamed bentwood paneling. This distinctive architectural feature provides a continuous flow of public interaction within the restaurant while contributing to the rustic aesthetic desired by the client.
