This residence with custom home, barn, and guest house is a Texas estate with Shingle-style influences. It is located on a beautiful wooded property in Bryan, TX.

Located on an 11-acre corner lot at the entrance of “The Creek”, a subdivision of the Millican Reserve development, the Jackson Residence provides a serene welcome to the neighborhood. A large screened porch overlooks a 2-acre pond at the front of the property and leads back to the main living space. Neatly organizing several different building elements together under one roof, the residence also incorporates a large workshop and a space for R.V. parking at the back of the structure. Cedar wood screening is used throughout the project to provide sun shading as well as a natural aesthetic.

Located in “The Meadows”, a subdivision of the Millican Reserve development, this contemporary residence is built from three simple volumes, each organized on the interior by program and differentiated on the exterior by unique cladding materials.

Nestled in the trees on an 11-acre lot in “The Creek”, a subdivision of the Millican Reserve development, this custom home embraces simplicity and elegance. Large windows fill the house with natural light and provide views of the lush wooded lot.
