The mission of the REACH Project is to provide affordable housing that not only puts roofs over heads but that also promotes financial stability, health, and a happy lifestyle through education, recreation, and community. PACT worked with the REACH Project to create a master plan that uniquely reflects and supports the organization’s mission.
Aggie Residence
Currently in design for an Aggie who wants a game-day view of Kyle Field, this custom home is located on a property where Kyle Field can be seen from 28 feet above the ground. The main living spaces (kitchen, living, and dining) are elevated to the third floor to create a visual connection to Kyle Field that is unlike any other.
Carini Townhomes – Phase 1
Seven 3-story townhomes on the periphery of Downtown Bryan. Each unit has 2 bedrooms, 3 baths, 1 study, and a 2-car garage accessible from the rear.
Clay Street Townhomes
3-story townhomes in Bryan, TX. Units have 3-4 bedrooms, 3 baths, and a 2-car garage accessible from the rear.
Villaggio
Located just one mile from the Texas A&M campus, the complex is comprised of 7 buildings and 33 units. Villaggio offers students direct access to the restaurants and retail of the area. There are a combination of 9 different unit layouts of 1-3 bedrooms each equipped with a garage, patio, and balcony. The Mediterranean influence and classic details provide the complex with a spacious and comfortable living environment.
Ranch House in La Grange

Indian Lakes Residence 01
This custom home was designed for owners who wanted the feel of a small farmhouse but needed a bigger house for their large family. The central “house” is flanked by several other gabled structures. The result is a charming collection of smaller spaces that create a unified whole.

New Construction of a 3-story, multi-use commercial building including a 3rd floor private residential loft with rooftop pool and garden located in Historic Downtown Bryan, TX.
Kyle Estates
The original venue at Kyle Estates, the Kyle House, was a historic home in the heart of downtown Bryan and has been a popular venue for weddings, receptions and community events. Seeking to expand on the success of the original Kyle House and bring their long term vision for the property to life, Global Events hired PACT Design Studio to develop a master plan for the Kyle House and its surrounding area. The project seeks to restore a major portion of downtown’s historic district while bringing in new economic growth for the area. Kyle Estates will be a vibrant, thriving center for cultural activity in the Brazos Valley. An assortment of formal gardens and outdoor music venues will be a premier location for visitors to enjoy. Several existing structures will be converted into restaurants, children’s venues and luxury cottages.
27TH STREET MIXED-USE DEVELOPMENT
27th Street is a Mixed-Use Development currently in construction that will contain Commercial and Apartment space.
